Welcome to the Clarity & Conversion Club™! By accessing our website or purchasing any of our programs, digital products, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. WHO WE ARE

The Clarity & Conversion Club™ is owned and operated by Home Organize Tribe™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide digital products, marketing strategy tools, training programs, live coaching, and membership services via www.homeorganizetribe.com and www.mytidytribe.com and www.clarityandconversionclub.com (the “Site”). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our Site, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. USE OF THE SITE & SERVICES

You may use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.

You must be 18 years or older (or 13+ with parental consent) to access or use our Services.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

3. PURCHASE TERMS & REFUND POLICY

3.1 Digital Products & Courses

All digital product purchases—including templates, downloads, checklists, planners, toolkits, and self-paced courses—are final sale. Due to the nature of instant access, no refunds will be provided once purchased.

3.2 Payment Plans

If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failed payments may result in suspension of access, and accounts unpaid after 30 days may be sent to collections. We reserve the right to restrict access to any programs (even those paid in full) if your account is in default elsewhere.

3.3 Clarity & Conversion Club Memberships

Monthly Membership:
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email to [insert email address]. However, cancellations require a 30-day notice, and you will be billed for the final billing cycle during that notice period. No partial refunds will be given for remaining days in a cycle.

Annual Membership:
By choosing the annual membership option, you are committing to a full 12-month term. No refunds will be issued for annual plans after purchase, and early cancellation will not result in a partial refund or credit.

Billing:
Membership fees will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled in accordance with the terms above.

3.4 Coaching, Live Sessions, & Limited-Time Offers

All coaching calls, workshops, VIP offers, and live trainings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed sessions will not be credited unless otherwise noted.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, frameworks (including The SNAP Growth Method™), and digital tools provided by Home Organize Tribe™ are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute our materials outside of your personal use.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Share or sell access to paid content

Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

Harass or disrupt other members or coaching calls

Engage in unethical or dishonest behavior within the community

We reserve the right to revoke access or remove users from our programs or platforms for violating these terms, without refund.

6. DISCLAIMERS

We do not guarantee specific results or income from using our programs or strategies. Your success depends on your implementation, consistency, and individual effort. All content is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Home Organize Tribe™ shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the past six months, or $100—whichever is greater.

8. ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in the state of Texas. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and without notice if you violate these Terms or fail to meet payment obligations.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes.
